6060 Minaret Road - Resort Condominium Development (NVSP - Dempsy/Nevados Site)

The 6060 Minaret Road entitlement application was submitted to the Town on January 23, 2024. The application includes a Tentative Tract Map (TTM 24-002), Use Permit (UPA 24-001), and Major Design Review (DR 24-001). 

The  6060 Minaret Road development project is located in the Resort General (RG) zoning district of the North Village Specific Plan Area (NVSP). The project consists of a 5-story “Resort Condominium” development with a total of 198 rooms within 118 condominium units.  The development features 4 levels of resort condominiums located above one level of understructure parking garage and includes a 2,200 square foot restaurant and other amenities oriented to guests of the project.Web page photo 1Location:                                            6060, 6040, and 6042 Minaret Road (“Dempsy/Nevados” Site)
