South Districts Neighborhood District Plan
The South Districts Neighborhood District Plan (NDP) reflects a combined planning effort for three districts: South Old Mammoth Road, East OSSC, and Sierra Star. The South Districts NDP was accepted by Town Council on August 3, 2011.
District planning for the East OSSC and Sierra Star districts was previously initiated and resulted in the development of draft planning studies for these two areas. District planning for the East OSSC and Sierra Star districts, and for the South Old Mammoth Road was finalized through the SDNDP process. The Snowcreek NDP was accepted and is also relevant to planning for the East OSSC District. Please see the links below to access the previous NDP studies and related public documents.
The Framework includes study area boundaries, guiding principles and key issues for the South Districts NDP. Approval of the framework by the Planning Commission and Town Council is the first step in the NDP process.
